Individuals, families and businesses have voiced their support for the mission of the Education Foundation in the form of generous contributions. These dollars go directly to projects that impact students in all grades, district‑wide.

In the 2018‑19 school year, the Foundation kicked off the Student Opportunities Fund, which awarded nearly $15,000 to educators across the district for innovative projects, new technology and classroom materials. These funds are designed to have a direct impact on students by inspiring teachers, staff and coaches, and bringing their worthwhile ideas to life.

  • A generous donor pledged $500,000 to Memorial Field renovations.
  • The Bill Cahir Memorial Scholarship helped to offset fees for a student journalist to attend a major national conference.
